I dropped my HP Laptop and the screen needed replacing. I made a few calls to get some quotes from a few places. I contacted Coolum Computers through their website and Josh emailed me back and said he had the part in stock and that he could have it fixed within an hour. It was actually done quicker than that and at a great price too compared to some other quotes I had. Highly recommend!

Great service and good value. Was honest and upfront with his advice and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary products. Very happy with the job of speeding up an old laptop with a new hard drive. Was very sluggish before but Super crisp and fast now.

Great experience with Dean, I was super impressed with how quickly he was able to find the faults and fix my computer, with a couple new parts my computer is looking and working better then ever, the cherry on top was the RAM stick he lended me while I return the faulty ones. Customer service, pricing, time and end product was 100/10
